The artwork is made by drawing parallels between the natural process of fog creation and the concept of metamodernism. Both ideas are bound by a meeting of two polar opposites - modernism and post-modernism oscillation in the concept of metamodernism and hot - cold temperature meeting in the creation of fog.

Both concepts also deal with density - fog appears only when air is oversaturated with moisture and water can’t vaporize anymore and the idea of metamodernism exists in an oversaturated information space which is too full for a clear narrative.

And so it is hard to see trough.
